The Aura 100 (“we”, “us”, “our”) is published by SWAGGER Publications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use theaura100.com, vote in head-to-head matchups, create an account, claim a creator profile, or interact with the live rankings or annual editorial list.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and password when you create an account, or social-verification details when you claim a profile. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google in accordance with your Google privacy settings. We also collect anonymous and logged-in voting activity, favorite personalities, referral codes, and device/browser analytics to improve the service.

We use your data to operate the live rankings, prevent vote spam, personalize your experience (such as My Aura stats and favorites), send account or marketing emails you have opted into, verify creator claims, and analyze product usage. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your anonymous voting history, and understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data may include pages visited, referral sources, and approximate location. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, email, and analytics. These providers may process your data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security obligations. They include our backend infrastructure provider, Google OAuth for social sign-in, and Resend for transactional and marketing emails.

We retain your account and voting data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Anonymous voting data is stored locally on your device and may be merged into your account if you register. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

You may access, update, or delete your account by visiting your account settings or contacting us. If you signed up with email, you can reset your password at any time. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

The Aura 100 is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of The Aura 100 after changes means you accept the revised policy.
