Presence measures someone's ability to command attention without demanding it. Researchers call parts of it non-verbal fluency: stillness, pacing, eye contact, the willingness to let a silence sit.
Aura is what happens when that fluency meets a point of view. Composure alone is calm. Composure plus originality is magnetic.
